This role will suit a professional and results-driven EA at the top of their game whose skills are second to none. Working in an incredibly fast-paced and demanding environment, you will be someone who confidently works well under pressure and juggles simultaneous projects in your day to day. Whether you are managing ever changing diaries, communicating with highly important individuals and stakeholders, or carrying out ad hoc admin duties, you will always be looking to produce the best results possible. Your duties will include:

• Scheduling across time zones
• Extensive diary management – back to back meetings
• Front line communications
• Liaising with candidates and clients
• International travel arrangements
• CRM
• Assisting with projects
• Ad hoc admin tasks

The ideal candidate will be educated to degree level (or equivalent) and will have at least 4 years’ experience in a full throttle EA position. You will be a quick-thinking individual with exceptional written and oral communication skills. MS Office and touch-typing skills are essential.
