Business/Private PA

RL14719. I have a fantastic full throttle Business and Private PA role working for the founder of a highly regarded finance house based in their gorgeous offices in Mayfair. This is a meaty and fast-paced role in which you will act as the lynch pin for the team, managing business and private diaries and arranging complex multi-stop international travel. No two days will be the same and you will need to work long hours to ensure all tasks are completed to the highest standard. I am therefore looking for a first-class Business and Private PA who goes the extra mile and whose support skills are second to none. This is a busy role that comes with great perks, such as a bonus scheme, pension, free breakfasts, lunches and snacks, and excellent social events.

Your duties will include:

• Liaising and working together with team of PAs
• Extensive business and private diary management
• Complex multi stop international travel arrangements
• Liaising with family members
• Managing household staff
• Project work
• Organising events

The successful candidate will be super slick and will have around 5 years’ experience in a similar role. You will need to be degree educated for this role.
