 SEEKING JUNIOR PA FOR CHARMING CEO OF HORTICULTURE BUSINESS, BUCKS - £28 - £35,000 GPA DOE 

Role: PA / EA required for a charming CEO

Days: Monday – Friday

Hours: 9.00am – 5.30pm (with flexibility)

Location: nr Aylesbury, Bucks

Salary: £35k -£45k gross per year

A highly capable PA/EA is required for a charming and very busy CEO of an agricultural business based in Buckinghamshire nr Aylesbury. 

The CEO is running a pretty busy agricultural and construction business and needs someone who is able to hit the ground running and provide full support. 

As the CEO is spread pretty thin since his PA/ Office manager retired, he needs someone with maturity and experience to bridge the gap. The ideal candidate should be able to liaise with contractors and members of staff, manage a busy diary and client meetings as well as contractor and site meetings. 

Excellent organisational skills and a background in property management/or running a large household/estate would be beneficial. The new pa needs to go between his home life and work. 

The CEO works from an office based on farm where all staff and the family are based. They travel abroad regularly and have overseas property. 

Having experience of development would be beneficial as they are just about to take on a build project in the Cotswolds as well as some development at home. Over all they want someone who is able to run with limited instruction, using common sense and practicality to deliver results! Confidentiality, discretion and trust are really paramount in this role as the family are very private.

• Have previous experience working within a private household environment
