Receptionist / Administrator for financial services firm – lovely, modern office in the City – up to £28,000 plus great benefits – immediate start

Receptionist / Administrator required for new front of house role at a busy finance firm in the City, working alongside one other receptionist. The role is based at their newly refurbished office, and you will cover all front of house duties as well provide administrative support to the wider team. A fun, sociable office and you will be encouraged to get involved and help out wherever you can!

This is an excellent introduction to working in a busy and varied receptionist / administrative role. Duties will include:

  • Meeting and greeting visitors, managing the meeting room booking system
  • Providing refreshments, organising lunches and maintaining stock levels
  • Ensuring office and meeting rooms are tidy and well-presented
  • Working closely with the firm’s Office Manager, assisting with administration and PA duties as required

This is a really great opportunity for someone with prior front of house / hospitality experience to join this finance firm of c. 100 employees and work in a friendly, fun office environment. This role will suit a professional, well-presented and enthusiastic individual with 6-12 months’ experience and a ‘can do’ attitude who is happy working in a small reception team.

Office-based role, working 9am-5:30pm Monday to Friday. £28,000 depending on experience plus bonus, season ticket loan, 25 days’ holiday and uniform. Immediate start required.
