Contract: Permanent, 37 hours
They have an exciting opportunity for a motivated and creative Learning and Development Administrator to work within the Human Resources and Organisational Development team.
The role will be based at our client in Hengrove. In addition, once trained in post, this role can also take advantage of occasional home working to suit the needs of you and the College.
Your role will be to support the Head of Human Resources and Organisational Development to deliver an innovative, efficient and professional Learning and Development service to the College to ensure all staff are supported and professionally developed. You will also be supporting managers on a range of Learning and Development administrative tasks, for example setting all staff up on relevant training modules and being a point of contact for new starters from a training perspective. You will be monitoring the success and impact of L&D activities through feedback forms from staff and provide reporting to the Head of HR&OD.
You must be organised, proactive and have the ability to build and maintain excellent working relationships with all key stakeholders to the role. You must have a passion for working within a Learning and Development environment.
