Private PA

My client, an HNW Academic figure, is looking for a flexible and reliable Private PA to support her in all areas of her personal life. Initially the role will be centrally focused around her re-location and setting up the domestic residence in the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea.

The role allows you to work remotely but will involve regular visits to the residence and errand-running around London – no two days will be the same and you must be happy darting around London and throwing your hand to anything and everything that is required on short-notice. Being flexible, responsive and muck-in is key to this role!

The role will include but certainly not limited to; setting up a private residence, property management, project managing and overseeing renovation/building works, liaising with designers/suppliers, hiring household staff, booking personal appointments, sourcing gifts and household items, and if possible accompanying her on trips as and when required nationally and internationally.

We are looking for someone with prior Private PA experience to a HNWI/couple or family and ideally some property/renovation/re-location management experience that is responsive, discreet, flexible, bright, professional and prides themselves on high standards and attention to detail. It is imperative that this person is experienced enough to be able to handle household problems independently and with common sense. Preferably the candidate would be immediate or on short notice.
