Our client, a boutique property investment firm is looking for a proactive and confident part time PA/Office Manager to support their dynamic tight knit team.

Based in fabulous offices in the heart of Victoria, our client is looking for a forward-thinking PA who enjoys being the go-to person to come on board and support the super friendly team 4 days a week.  

The successful PA/Office Manager will very much be the face of the office and be happy to muck in in a variety of tasks. The perfect candidate therefore will be personable, able to deliver tasks efficiently and be ready to hit the ground running.

Duties include:

  • Managing the Chairman’s diary
  • General office admin: dealing with incoming email and post; answering the phone, stationary order, diary management etc
  • Inbox management
  • Travel arrangements
  • Processing invoices and expenses
  • Scheduling and organising board meetings
  • Compiling documents
  • General ad hoc task

This is initially a part time temp role with exciting opportunities for extension so all applicants must be immediately available.
