Description

    Managing the relationship with the branch's vendors and service suppliers, ensuring the goods and services needed by the branch from third parties are provided effectively and at the required quality and price standards. Organize and schedule meetings and appointments Greet visitors and service meetings in the office premises Phone, mail and email coverage Screening correspondence Drafting letters and memos Arranging and receiving couriers Scanning, photocopying and faxing Prepare PowerPoint and Word presentationsOther duties associated to an Office Manager/executive assistant as needed.

Profile

    Proven experience as an Office Manager, Front office Manager or Administrative Assistant Knowledge of office administrator responsibilities, systems and procedures Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and MS Outlook, in particular) Attention to detail and problem-solving skills A creative mind with an ability to suggest improvements
