Our client is unique – a completely border-less tech start up, with employees scattered around the globe, working fully remotely across different time zones. This innovative way of working has seen great success since their inception, and now they need a strategic and passionate Director of Customer Success who has a good interest in HR to play a critical role in driving their growth forward.

Roles and responsibilities required:
  • Recruit, manage and develop the customer success team 
  • Collaborate with relevant teams across the business t
  • Design and implement the right processes and tools for the team to work efficiently across all timezones
  • Client success 
  • Oversee incident management, escalations and employee relations issues 
  • Maintain regular communications with Clients
Skills and qualifications required:
  • Proven track record of building and developing excellent customer success teams
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills; being people-centric is v.important 
  • Collaborative leader, comfortable working in matrixed environment
  • Great communication
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • An entrepreneurial mindset
  • Team player 
  • MUST have experience working in HR or have a big interest in that part of the business
