Page Personnel are supporting a rapidly growing Charity soon due to relocate to Shifnal with the appointment of a HR Advisor to join a small and busy HR Team.

This role offers a mix of office and home working

Description

Working closely alongside a HR Manager, the role of HR Advisor is an operational, generalist HR role supporting a growing headcount.

The role will support all stakeholders with generalist People matters, including but not limited to:

Provide advice and guidance to stakeholders regarding people issues
Train and up skill line managers
Support with recruitment needs across the organisation
Work with the HR Manager to embed the People Strategy
Deal with all aspects of employee relations casework
HR Reporting and data analysis
This role offers an exciting opportunity to support with HR projects such as HR system implementation and review of policies and proceduresProfile

Ideal candidates will have a proven background in a similar HR Advisor role.
