A leading Private Equity firm is looking for a bright administrator to support the smooth running of the Guernsey office and the Chief Investment Officer’s EA team.

They will also assist with relocation if required.

What you’ll be doing day-to-day:

  • Acting as first point of contact for incoming communications
  • Setting up meeting rooms and testing VC equipment
  • Maintaining office supplies, arranging refreshments and catering
  • Maintaining office IT equipment and accurate filing system
  • Printing and collating materials for the CIO’s daily meetings
  • Booking restaurants, hotels, taxis and flights in the UK and Guernsey
  • Creating travel itineraries for the CIO and family for all international travel
  • Updating the online CRM system (Interaction)

  • Able to prioritise conflicting requests
  • Proven multitasking and organisational skills
  • Proactive, well organised and deadline oriented
