SALARY DEPENDENT ON EXPERIENCE
This well-established, and reputable law firm are seeking a Legal Secretary to join their Private Client department in the Fareham office.
The Private Client team deals with a range of areas including: Will drafting, Probate, Estate administration, Tax Advice, Set up and administration of Trusts, Powers of Attorney, Court of Protection/Deputyship.
The desired candidate will be;
* Proactive
* Good Communicator Organised
* Attention to Detail
* Flexible
* Excellent IT Skills
* Team Player
Providing full secretarial support including;
* Fast and accurate audio and copy typing
* Drafting basic correspondence
* Relaying accurate telephone messages from clients to fee earner (taking action in fee earners absence if appropriate)
* Diary management (including arranging meetings and making travel arrangements when necessary)
* Email management (taking action where appropriate)
* Ensuring fee earners comply with Best Practice, Risk and Compliance and Money Laundering requirements
* Drafting bills and printing billing guides
* Dealing with expense claims
