This is a really special role that doesn’t come about very often. You will be acting as a real right hand on the business side, providing traditional EA support as well as creative project management relating to interior design, art, styling, events and company branding.

The role will involve remote working, working from the principal’s home and then also working on site. They need someone who is happy working on their own as well as part of a team.

The ideal candidate will be someone who is hugely personable, warm and engaging – they need to have strong interpersonal skills to deal with lots of different stakeholders and manage relationships on behalf of the principal. The successful candidate will also have to have a good eye and creative flair.

Salary: £50K - £60K depending on experience

Benefits: discretionary bonus; pension; medical; cycle to work scheme; 25 days holiday

Location: remote, central London and occasionally on site – some travel will be required

Hours: 09:00 – 18:00 – some flexibility is required within the week, especially when meeting project deadlines

Start date: happy to wait a notice period

EA Responsibilities

  • Diary management and scheduling of meetings
