Global Payroll, Compensation and Benefits Manager required for global software company in London.
Work remotely - paying up to £70k.
Working as part of the finance team this is a global role that you can truly make your own, a busy, diverse and challenging position to enhance your career.
Providing first class Payroll, Compensation and Benefits support across the group, responsibilities to include:
- Payroll management and payroll processing across the Group including complete, accurate and timely submissions to relevant agencies e.g. HRMC, IRS etc ensuring all compliance requirements are adhered to and deadlines met
- Submission of all group payrolls to the required 3rd parties, including PEO’s
- Posting of payroll journals in the accounting systems
- Managing year end processes e.g. P11Ds
- Managing integration of group payroll functions
- Preparing and completing balance sheet reconciliations for the payroll accounts
- Communicate with benefit providers to ensure services are supplied according to agreement
- Actively manage the company pensions schemes and equivalent global local policies
- Update company records with information relevant to each employee’s enrolment
- Report to management all data on disbursement and enrolment in programs
- Supply employees with documents related to enrolling, maintaining and understanding their benefits coverage
- Produce total rewards statements for global employees
- In conjunction with the Group HR Director, produce cost analysis so that the appropriate renewals of benefits can take place on annual basis.
- Work with the talent team to conduct salary and labour market research to define benchmarks
- Work with Group Financial Controllership Team to manage tax, benefit and financial audits related to payroll, benefits and compensation
- Managing payroll, benefits and compensation queries
- Ad-hoc project work across Payroll and Benefits
- Create a consistent compensation guideline that matches the company culture
They are looking for extensive experience within Payroll/Compensation and Benefits Management with an in-depth understanding of Pensions and strong communication skills. A professional and personable manner is essential, you will be working alongside Senior Managers, building strong relationships across the business. The ability to work autonomously is essential, they require someone to hit the ground running in this global, fast paced and growing business.
