A social and inclusive Finance firm with a tech culture is looking to hire a Senior Workplace Coordinator. You are involved with a little bit of everything from facilities, office management, managing and mentoring the FOH staff! Most certainly much more involved than your traditional role.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
This is a busy role with so much to take on and get involved with from facilities, events, and team assistant type duties. Really varied, fast-paced and an excellent position for someone looking for something which is literally different every day! Typical duties include:
To be successful, you will have experience in ideally an office role, be proactive, upbeat and be able to deal with multiple requests at any given time.

- Managing the Office from facilities to supplies
- Assisting with the onboarding process of new hires - equipment, passes, log ins etc.
- Assisting with booking travel for the London office and its visitors
- Managing the corporate apartment/hotel rates
- Working with your manager on space planning
- Processing expenses
- Managing and planning work events both onsite and externally
- Covering reception when required
- Positive attitude and willingness to "muck in"
To be successful, you will have experience in ideally an office role, be proactive, upbeat and be able to deal with multiple requests at any given time.
Essential requirements:
- Experience in an Office Management, or Workplace role.
- Degree educated
- Ability to work at an incredibly fast pace
- Good knowledge of Microsoft packages
- Excellent prioritisation skills
