Temp Administrator – Charity

Temporary administrative support required at charitable organisation – min. 3 months – central London (SE1) – £12-13p/h

Temporary administrator required to assist a small team within this busy, growing charity in central London – close to Waterloo. Great opportunity to get involved in day-to-day administration, supporting a team of 5 and assisting across the organisation as required.

The role

This person will be the sole administrative support, enabling the team to focus their work on a large upcoming project.

Duties will include:

  • Inbox management – filtering, filing and responding to emails as appropriate
  • Data handling – assisting with data review / cleanse ahead of upcoming project
  • Client liaison – communicating with clients on documentation and following up reports etc.
  • General administrative support as required

The candidate

This is a busy administrative position working to support a small team with the day-to-day functioning of the charity. Must be adaptable, quick to learn and happy working alone as well as in a team, plus have excellent attention to detail as the role will involve a lot of fact checking so accuracy is key.
