Our client is a leading Real Estate Consultant. They are looking for an unflappable Office Manager/PA to be the central figure in their busy office, ensuring an efficient work flow for the whole team.

What you’ll be doing day-to-day:

  • Managing the office environment and ensuring everything is running smoothly
  • Managing phones, opening post and dealing with enquiries appropriately
  • Maintaining office catering supplies and making refreshments as requested
  • Welcoming visitors and clients
  • PA duties, including diary management, booking and setting up meetings (both in person and virtual)
  • Booking travel and making restaurant reservations
  • Producing correspondence and documentation, ensuring particular attention to detail
  • Managing staff expense claims
  • Liaising with IT support to resolve any computer issues
  • Maintaining and updating the company website, LinkedIn and social media
  • Performing other ad hoc administrative duties as and when required

The skills you need to bring:

  • Experience in a similar corporate environment
  • Strong MS Office skills; Mailchimp and Wordpress experience would be advantageous
  • The ability to efficiently multitask and prioritise workload appropriately
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills, always maintaining a strong attention to detail
  • A proactive approach to work, willing to take the initiative when required
  • A collaborative attitude and the ability to form effective working relationships
