FRONT OF HOUSE RECEPTIONIST

£40,000 + BONUS + EXCELLENT BENEFITS

We are looking for a superstar Receptionist to join our wonderful client – a high end investment firm based in the heart of the West End. The role is based on a busy and sociable reception desk with two other team members, who are both welcoming and lovely.

THE ROLE

• Managing 7 meeting room diaries and a busy reception desk
• Meeting and greeting all clients and staff
• Booking couriers and taxis
• Creating invoices and orders
• Assisting the EA team with events, such as summer parties and team socials
• Troubleshoot any IT problems with Teams/Zoom calls or equipment being used in meeting rooms

THE CANDIDATE

• Previous reception experience within a corporate environment is essential
• Upbeat, positive personality with a ‘can-do’ attitude
• Proactive and helpful
• Must have great IT skills, including Teams and Zoom knowledge

The hours for this role are 8:30 – 18:00 for 4 days, and 9:30 – 19:30 for 1 day per week.
