Family Office - Knightsbridge

£30-50k DOE

We are seeking a flexible and dynamic EA to work for the newly set up, fully funded London entity of a well-known and prestigious HNW Indian family office.

As an EA you will support the office and investment professionals and the Principal.  Her personal focus is very much on the philanthropic side, receiving respected awards and recognition for her work on programmes in health, skilling, and education ventures across vulnerable and marginalised populations across India.

Described as someone with high standards and expectations, she is also exceptionally kind and loyal to those to have earned her trust.

Role

The role will encompass a mix of duties such as flights, hotels, setting up processes and general office coordination, managing and syncing diaries and extensive liaison with Indian office.

There will also be the opportunity to get involved in the charitable foundation, arranging events and developing initiatives.

No two days will be the same as the role will grow and develop as company does!

The ideal candidate will pride themselves on their strong work ethic and be excited to be part of something growing and with the opportunity to shape their role and contribution.

• Highly organised with strong communication skills and confidence in their ability to liaise cross culturally at all levels
• Dynamic and flexible with great initiative but also someone patient and able to cope with ever-changing requirements
• Previous experience providing both business and personal support would be an advantage
