Salary range £50 - 70k
Are you a high-performing HR Assistant that's looking for their next challenge? Are you passionate about recruitment and finding new talent? Then this is the job for you!
Our client is a boutique, global private equity firm, based in stunning offices in Mayfair. They are looking for an Analyst to join their HR team and support the London-based Operating Partner + 3 others who are located in other offices globally with their various C-Suite level searches.
There are other EAs in the company and they are all very hardworking and collaborative. The culture of the firm is very close-knit and they are looking for someone who is proactive, confident and not afraid of a fast-paced environment!
This is a newly created role within their HR team and the day to day duties will include but are not limited to:
- Lead research efforts to support staffing requirements, including identifying, sourcing, and qualifying senior executives
- Help build a pipeline of viable candidates
- Put together recruitment tools, such as interview scorecards and competency models, and track the candidate's progress throughout the process
- Manage the candidate tracking platform
- Take comprehensive briefing requests form hiring managers
- Ad-hoc project management
- Track all search activity
- Track and report on recruiting metrics
This is the perfect role for an EA who has previously worked within a HR team or within Executive Search and is looking for progression. My client is looking for candidates who are eager to take the next step in their career within HR, who enjoy managing recruitment processes, and the admin behind those processes to ensure everything runs smoothly from both the candidate and the hiring manager's perspective.
The key requirements
- Experience working within private equity, HR or Executive Search would be an advantage
- Proven longevity on your CV
- Someone with high attention to detail and is meticulous with their work
- A real team player, someone who is collaborative and not hierarchical or status-conscious
- Calm and unflappable under pressure
- Intellectually curious and happy to be fully involved in the team and what they are doing

- Working from home available 1 day per week

- Core hours are 8:30 - 5:30pm but flexibility will be required particularly when dealing with other HR members in different timezones
