A highly regarded global asset management firm is looking for a Operations/HR Associate to cover a 12 month maternity contract. The company has around 100 employees in their beautiful Mayfair offices, and it’s a fantastic opportunity for a HR associate to become a part of their wonderful friendly and supportive culture!

The ideal candidate must be proactive, remain calm under pressure and be able to hit the ground running. This is a very busy, hands-on role, and would be perfect opportunity for someone who wants to progress within HR/Operations.

THE ROLE

Your duties of this HR/Ops role will include, but not be limited to:

• Building management
• Handling appointments
• Reports
• HR admin
• Assisting in various ad-hoc projects

 THE DETAILS

• Up to £55k plus discretionary bonus
• 1 day work from home

• Hours are 9.00am - 5.30pm
• 25 days holiday plus extra at Christmas
