Based in amazing offices on the Strand, we are looking for an amazing Reception and Client Suite Manager to join one of the world’s most prestigious consultancy firms. This company pride themselves on delivering outstanding customer service standards across their three reception desks and are looking for a proactive, motivated and highly organised individual with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to identify problems and provide innovative solutions in a super busy environment.


This is a highly client facing role with visibility to both key internal and external stakeholders so first rate communication skills and the ability to liaise confidently at all levels is key!

THE ROLE:

  • Ensuring the switchboard is managed efficiently, proactively managing meeting rooms and liaising across departments to ensure processes are adhered to by all staff, technology requirements are in place etc.
  • You will also be the flagbearer for meticulously ensuring that the client journey from entering the building, arriving in the client suite, conducting their business in a 5* environment and leaving the space is seamless. This also requires liaison with the hospitality team, facilities and office services team.
  • This role is responsible for developing and tracking the reception and client suite budget, seeking cost improvement opportunities but also taking full ownership of recommending, sourcing and launching new services (such as therapists or instructors for the on site fitness suite) and creating internal marketing materials and ensuring they comply to legal and any insurance regulations.
  • WHAT THEY ARE LOOKING FOR:

  • At least 5 years leadership experience in a front line Reception team.
  • Meticulous attention to detail with a focus on high quality service delivery
  • Proactive, positive and highly self-motivated with an ability to motivate others
  • Friendly, approachable and team orientated
  • Highly organised, ability to juggle and prioritise multiple projects and tasks
  • Strong organisation, communication, interpersonal, and problem solving skills
  • Able to anticipate and identify potential issues and solutions in a fast paced global
  • environment
  • Solution focused and creative with ability for invention and implementation of new
  • systems and processes
