Monday-Friday 9:15am-5:30pm
Bonus scheme/Annual salary review/ Free Parking/ 25 days holiday + Bank Holidays/ Hybrid working (2 days in office/ 3 days from home)
I am delighted to be working with an established Legal practice in the Dartford area who are looking to recruit an experienced Legal Secretary to help support their Employment Department. This role offers longevity and great benefits with the opportunity to progress in the future. You will be working in a small team of 5 where everybody works together to get the job done!
You will be responsible for:
?? Transcribing audio dictation
?? Diary management
?? Assisting with billing and invoicing
?? Preparing PowerPoint presentations for Business Development pitches
?? Document control and file management
?? Taking new enquiries and responses via telephone
You will need to have;
?? Previous experience as a Legal Secretary, ideally within the Employment Sector
?? Legal Qualifications are preferable but not essential
?? An ability to work with high volumes of figures and information
?? Immediate available preferably
?? The ability to prioritise workload and the capability to support multiple Fee Earners at once
?? Excellent IT skills- Power PDF/ Powerpoint/ Elite E3
