Your new role
As a permanent HR Assistant, you will be part of a close nit HR team, supporting in a varied HR Assistant role, supporting on all operational elements including:
Being 1st point of contact for HR regarding any HR queries and questions.
Arranging interviews, checking right to work documents.
On-boarding new starters, producing offer letters, contracts, requesting references, producing job change letters and monitoring probation periods.
Managing and monitoring sickness absence, maternity, paternity and flexible working.
Sitting in on disciplinaries and grievances as a note taker.
Supporting the HR BP's with HR Projects and initiatives.
What you'll need to succeed
You will ideally have experience as an HR Assistant within a fast-paced, shared service centre environment or alternatively you will ideally be degree educated with an HR or Business Degree or equivalent and have some HR Administration experience.
