HR Project Partner

Our charity client is recruiting a HR Project Partner for a 6 month FTC to join their team in Burgess Hill.
Your new role
As a HR Business Partner, you will be responsible for the following:
* To support on all HR projects across the trust
* Provide HR advice to managers
* Change management
* Support managers with the employee life cycle
* Employee Relations
What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed in the role, you must be immediately available and have strong HR Business Partnering/HR project experience.
What you'll get in return
In return you will receive a salary of GBP37,000-GBP50,000 (depending on experience)
