HR Coordinator
Pure has the amazing opportunity to be working with a well established business, to find them the right person to join their team as a HR coordinator, for now, as a 12 months FTC.The Role
- HR Administration across the whole employee lifecycle
- Be the first point of contact for all HR queries, whether for managers or employees.
- Ensure legal compliance whilst delivering operational effectiveness
- Changes to contracts, leavers, promotions, etc.
- Take lead on processing leave notifications and associated pay entitlements. I.e. Maternity, Paternity, sickness, etc.
- Ensure the recorded and archived employee data is complaint to GDPR and up to date.
- Experience in HR processes and practices
- Experience of using a HR system
- Experience as being the first of contact for HR advice for managers, as well as employees.
- Good Excel skills
