Jenson Fisher are working with another well known client in the Dundee area and are supporting with the recruitment of an experienced Quality Administrator to join their growing team on a full time, permanent basis. Our client is a instantly recognisable name in their field and are looking to find someone who can embody the company cultures and who shares their passion for what they do. Due to the nature of the role, the successful candidate will not only have the skills listed below, but will also have an incredible eye for detail and will have experience working under time pressures. Daily duties within the role include:
  • Processing allocated Document Change Requests (DCR's).
  • Transferring of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's), Work Instructions and Policies onto the current template.
  • Ensuring all documents are reviewed and updated in a timely manner as per target timescales.
  • Ensuring the Document Master Record and associated document registers are effectively maintained.
  • Maintain the Share Point 'quality page and content'.
  • Ensuring efficient and timely completion of the specific databases/spreadsheets, in keeping with SLA's.
  • Ensuring all new supplier requests are recorded and approved and supplier evaluations, certifications & licenses etc up to date.
  • Manage the Quality mailbox and departmental communications to record and allocate them appropriately.
  • Maintenance of external standards and the standards database in accordance with Document Control Procedure.
  • Updating quality statistics and KPI data.
  • Assisting in the preparation of data for management reviews and management reporting, including creation of charts/diagrams.
  • Take meeting minutes where required.
  • All other administrative support as required.
Essential skills required:
  • Excellent English in verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work calmly under pressure.
  • Willingness to go the extra mile at busy times.Ability to work under own initiative.Attention to detail and able to identify errors in written documentation.Strong IT skills including the following Microsoft Office Suite proficiencies: Word, Excel, (including the use of pivot tables, linking data between spreadsheets, using a range of formulas including logical, look up and reference e.g. V-Look up and IF statements), Access, Share Point and Outlook.
The ideal candidate will come from a quality background and will have a technical mindset. You will have the ability to work well as part of a team and pick up any new systems or IT packages quickly. This role does involve training and allows for excellent progression within the company also.
