PA to Headmaster
Our client, a leading school based in Reading is looking for an experienced PA to assist the Headmaster in their duties. This is a key role within the school and whilst previous experience working in a school is beneficial it is not a must. However, it is essential that you have Senior Management level experience.

Salary is GBP35,000 - GBP40,000 depending on experience, working hours are Monday to Friday 8am - 5pm.
Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Provide a wide range of secretarial and administrative duties for the Headmaster including sending and receiving emails and post, organising travel and accommodation
- Manage the Headmaster's diary and take messages via telephone
- Set up meetings as required and assist in the organisation of calendars
- Take minutes at selected Governor Committee meetings
- Meet pupils and parents who attend for meetings or interviews
- Assist in the administration and organisation of school events
- Organise, efficiently maintain and update all filing and administrative systems
Key Requirements
- PA experience at Senior Management level
- Strong typing speed and accuracy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A good level of IT skills, able to pick up new systems effectively
- Strong level of enthusiasm for maintaining high standards of the school
