Sales & Commercial Administrator

Working hours are office hours, 40 hours per week Monday - Friday.

Salary GBP18,000 - GBP20,000

Preferably educated to GCSE standard in Maths & English.

The ideal candidate will already be an experienced Microsoft Office user, Excel skills preferred.

Citrix experience required: Kiwi/CRM/Qlickview/Quest/Qpulse

The role is located at Cepac Ltd t/a Cepac Rawcliffe, Paper Mill Road, Rawcliffe Bridge, East Yorkshire DN14 8SL

MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB:

1. To provide administrative support to both the internal sales and commercial department and providing a professional customer service to both Internal and External based Clientele.

* To maximise good communication between departments.

* To provide a point of contact for internal and external customers creating a "can do" mentality.

MAIN DUTIES:

1. To raise and process enquiries within the CRM Systems.

2. To raise and customers and quotes within the Quest costing system.

3. To process internal approval of artworks and FSC approvals

4. To process origination invoices and pass reconciliation to managers for final approval.

5. To assist in the raising and management of trial and UN order tracing paperwork.

6. To process customer complaints and ensure they are booked on the day of receipt.

7. Compile/complete reports as required between the internal sales and commercial department.

8. To assist in the compilation of information and pricing of tenders

9. To work closely within internal sales and commercial departments and provide cover for absence within departments.
