Reed Business Support are recruiting for multiple compliance administrators on behalf of a leading financial services company based in Preston. The main purpose of this role is to maintain our client's quality procedures, standards and specifications by undertaking file assessments.

Responsibilities of a Compliance Administrator:

  • To understand and adhere to all company standards, policies, working practices and procedures.
  • Accurately carry out quality assessments to the required standards.
  • To influence and assist in establishing and maintaining appropriate standards of business practice consistent with company and regulatory requirements.
  • Ensure that all files are compliant and in line with FCA requirements
  • Be involved in providing data to allow the team to monitor, assess, analyse and feedback on the performance of the team

The successful candidate will ideally have previous compliance/quality experience however this is not essential as training will be provided. My client is looking for individuals who are keen to learn, have excellent communication skills and have experience working to deadlines where accuracy is vital

Hours and Pay

  • Monday - Friday 9am-5pm
  • GBP10.50ph plus holiday pay
  • Temporary to permanent role
