This young, fun and interesting Director is looking for an experienced, supportive and self-sufficient Personal Assistant. With many strings to this Private Offices bow, you will gain full access into this individuals life, supporting them in all their ventures and helping the Family Office grow and develop. They are based in Central London in enviable offices. This is an all-encompassing and impressive opportunity for a determined and eager individual who is looking for a challenge and the next step in their career. 

My Client is seeking an experienced Personal Assistant who is happy to travel with a minimum of 5 years’ experience. This role will be 70% Personal and 30% Business and will require the following duties:

• Diary Management – Extensive and ever changing
• Travel Management – Business, Private, Holidays…
• Arranging and Managing of all appointments – including restaurants, entertainment, presents …
• Liaising with household staff and management of properties
• Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail
• Taking calls, full access to inboxes and responding accordingly
• Managing properties and office building
• Sole support for this individual
• Welcome guests
• Attending meetings, taking minutes and actioning follow ups

You might have a background supporting UHNWI’s either in Hospitality or Creative Industries, Entrepreneurs, Boutique Finance or Private Equity – you will need to be:

• Focused, independent and self-sufficient
• Drive, hard-working and eager to learn
• Emotionally Intelligent and Discreet
• Good sense of humour, flexible approach and charming
