Part - Time Private PA

A wonderful Part Time Private PA role has come up, a chance to help an absolutely charming and high flying couple and their children, and to really be a huge help to family life. They are looking for someone sparky and contemporary to work 25 hours a week to relieve them of daily responsibilities so that they can focus on their careers.

The couple are based in London and travel a huge amount to Australia and America, plus family holidays in school holidays. They need someone who can book travel with their eyes shut, manage their social calendars, be the point of contact for their teenage children and all of their separate travel plans plus manging finances and paying bills. There is always something to do!

You will be able to work remotely but the candidate must be based within 30 mins of central London for a weekly face to face catch up.

Duties will include:

• Managing the couple’s diary
• Extensive business and personal travel booking
• Booking kids holidays to 18^th birthday parties abroad, overseeing school admin, coordinating exeat weekend travel
• Paying bills, light book keeping
• Booking dinners with friends and business contacts
• Liaising with relatives who visit
• Booking medical appointments and follow ups
• Managing properties abroad
