PA to Founder/ Studio Assistant – immersive brand experiences

A role has come up working for a very creative and incredible company working in experience design and immersive brand experiences. Based in fantastic offices in central London they are a very fun, inclusive, down to earth and team motivated company. The office is very social, fast paced, forward thinking, creative, positive and are constantly changing and progressing. They have been growing rapidly since covid and it is a very exciting time to join. All ideas are welcome and are always looking for ways to be more sustainable, pair with charities and much much more

The Founder is completely inspirational, honest and fast paced and this role is to support them as well as help with the running of the studio. There might be evening work and weekend work to help with the occasional event so please bare this in mind…!

PA to Founder and Director

• Diary management (business and personal) and organising meetings
• Booking and arranging travel
• Putting in new systems and procedures
• Building relationships with suppliers and clients
• Helping with marketing and New Business
• Ad hoc projects

Studio Assistant

• Booking and hiring extra rooms
• Managing the studio, refits and office moves
• Ordering all office suppliers
• Assisting the entry of event industry awards
• Researching and coordinating Podcast features
• Maintaining the supplier database
• Research and coordinate with charities they can partner with
• Researching ways, the company can be more sustainable and new policies for this

General Events Assistant

• Might be needed on site for larger projects…! So weekend / evening work might be requireds
