Remote Business and Private PA - Private Member's Club

Ref: RL14636: This is a truly unique opportunity for a highly capable business and private PA to support this utterly charming Director of an exclusive members club with luxurious locations around the world.    This is a full throttle, fully remote, business heavy role and you will be trusted to run all aspects of your boss’s life.  Duties will include:

70% business

• Diary management
• Keeping on top of expenses in multiple currencies
• Organising international travel, itineraries, flights, hotels etc
• Follow up on actions, ensure teams are working to deadlines

30% Private

• Managing multiple properties both in the UK and abroad
• Manage household staff
• Bill paying – will have access to bank account.
• Overseeing interiors, international purchases /shipment of items

The ideal candidate will have around 10 Years’ experience having supported a high profile, well regarded individual both in a business and private capacity. The ideal PA will be highly organised, culturally aware, able to work autonomously and very well connected.
