JM14804. My client is a boutique Global Investment Firm, seeking a proactive and self-confident part-time Office Manager. A team player ‘muck-in’ mentality is key within the role, you will be working closely in collaboration to assist the partners. You will be the go-to person in the office and much of the role centres around maintaining rapport with clients. You will be in 3-4 days a week, they are a really lovely bunch – lots of opportunity to be part of group away days and seminars!

Your duties will include:

  • Various business operations duties, maintaining the office, provisioning supplies etc
  • Book keeping, invoicing etc
  • Co-ordinating payroll, HR
  • Producing marketing materials, overseeing the website and socials.
  • Organising and preparing for business meetings and events.

This is a fabulous opportunity for someone who is an efficient people person. You should be competent in all Microsoft Office products.
