My client is a highly reputable Data Analytics and Research consultancy, looking for an accomplished and credible HR Assistant to support their high functioning team from an administrative and coordination perspective. This role will be on a full-time basis, mainly office-based (with the occasional home working day) from the picturesque city of Oxford, and reporting into the HR Manager.

hThe key role responsibilities include:
  • Support the HR team with general administration and coordination on a daily basis across the full employee lifecycle
  • Be able to pull together reports and MI tools for senior level meetings – accuracy is key
  • Update the systems regularly and accurately, looking for ways to get the most out of them and utilise them to their full potential
  • Work closely with recruitment team to ensure accuracy of paperwork for new starters or relocations
  • Coordinate and provide support to employees around occupational health where necessary
  • Be an advocate on HR initiatives, role modelling best practice across the company
Skills and experience required:
  • Minimum 1-2 years working within an administration or customer service role
  • Must be able to commute to Oxford centre 3 days a week
  • Educated to A-Levels or higher
  • This role will suit an excellent communicator, a fast learner, and someone who is empathetic and hard working
  • Tech savvy, with experience in MS office, and advanced excel skills
  • Experience in working for a high growth organisation
  • Experience of diary management across multiple time zones
