A new opportunity has arisen as  EA to a dynamic and well-connected CEO of a top level Healthcare company which is constantly evolving with new products and technologies. The role is based in their new Central London office. They require a highly accomplished and experienced EA to support their CEO in a business and personal capacity as well as providing minimal office management duties for a small C-Suite office in Central London. The ideal candidate will have C-Suite experience in a corporate environment. 

The CEO will require an EA who is business-minded, resilient and an excellent gatekeeper. You will need to manage a complex and ever-changing diary, prepare reports and presentations, manage their in-box whilst they are traveling as well as providing business and personal administrative support. 

As it is a small office the office management part of the role will be minimal to ensure the smooth running of the office.

The ideal candidate will have several years PA experience and will possess exceptional organisational skills with attention to detail and the ability to deal with all senior stakeholders. You will have the ability to deal with an evolving and rapidly changing business with many processes still being defined. You will need to be discreet, regularly dealing with sensitive information. 

You will be required in the Central London office 5 days a week for this role which is non-negotiable.
