This is an exceptional opportunity to work with one of the UK's largest and most reputable law firms. The HR Administrator will support the HR Team as part of the wider Employment Team. The successful candidate will be given the opportunity to demonstrate their skills in a fast-paced and agile environment. This role will be well suited to a systems savy administrator who is both personable and astute. This role will challenge the successful candidate to work with pace, agility, and responsiveness to business needs. You will need to analytical, process oriented and possess an excellent attention to detail to be successful in this role.

What are the day-to-day responsibilities of the role:
* Managing the file opening process for the team including client ID checks and compliance checks.
* Acting as the first point of contact for any administrative and business support.
* Preparation of all financial transactions, including raising of invoices, processing payments, and managing the billing speadsheet as required.
* Supporting the fee earners with client matters through the provision of note taking and transcribing minutes arising from grievance and disciplinary investigations and hearings as appropriate.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* An exceptional administrator who is very well organised.
* You should enjoy working in a fast paced environment whilst maintaining a high attention to detail.
* Brilliant communication skills both verbal and written and ability to build internal relationships and demonstrate a client-focused approach.
* Excellent analytical skills and a desire to use initiative to problem solves and suggest improvements.
