You will never have a dull day as the new Temporary Commercial Administrator. Reporting to the Marketing Director, you will provide support to the UK/Ireland business and work collaboratively with all internal/external stakeholders.

Please note, this is a temporary, part-time position paid on a weekly PAYE basis. The role will start immediately, so sadly candidates with a lengthy notice period cannot be considered. THEY ARE SEEKING A CANDIDATE WHO CAN WORK 22.5 HOURS PER WEEK, OVER THREE WEEKDAYS.

Temporary Commercial Administrator Responsibilities

  • Managing and tracking budgets and working with Brand Managers and Marketing Director to ensure accurate spend in line with phasing
  • Raise and track payments, PRs, POs, accruals, transfer of value, invoices/payments
  • Prepare contracts, invoices for suppliers and liaising with all internal/external stakeholders
  • Support team with training on systems and processes, setting up product training and onboarding of new commercial staff
  • Coordinate, plan, prepare and minute meetings
  • Occasional Material generation and localisation
  • Support team in general administrative duties such as hotel bookings, meeting arrangements

Temporary Commercial Administrator Experience

  • Excellent administration and organizational skills
  • Previous marketing experience in a pharmaceutical company - ideal but not essential
  • Ability to execute on multiple projects simultaneously
  • A highly organised self-starter with the ability to flexibly manage own workload
  • Ability to proactively anticipate and manage issues before they occur
  • Ability to confidently communicate with colleagues of all levels, including senior management
  • Ability to always maintain utmost levels of confidentiality
  • Microsoft Office proficiency at advanced level
  • Experience with internal approval systems

Location

Our client is based in one of the Oxford Business Parks, (OX4). Parking is available on-site and a bus from Central Oxford stops nearby.
