The role - Regional Administrator - Home BasedLocation - Travel around the North of Scotland will be required - driving licence essentialSalary - GBP21-23K depending on experienceHours - Mon-Thurs 9am to 5pm (4.30pm finish on Friday)We have a new and varied role to recruit for our client - they are in urgent need of an additional Regional Administrator to cover the North of Scotland area i.e.,Aberdeen/Inverness/Dundee/Perthshire area. As you will be asked to visit sites on occasion it is mandatory you have your own means of transport.The position is a home based role which will support the Regional Training Facilitator and as such you will be responsible for providing total business support to ensure success of the training schemes and overall client/student satisfaction with the service being provided.

The ideal individual will be process driven, have previous experience of providing fast-paced business support across teams, be capable of prioritising their own workload and be a confident communicatorBenefits -* Holiday: 24 Annual Leave + 9 Public Holidays* Group Life Cover: 3x SalaryThe main remit of the role is to engage and onboard potential new candidates to the service and ensure all processes and paperwork are within the compliance framework.* Dealing with enquiries and acting as first point of contact* Organising events and coordinating attendance lists* Database management* Working collaboratively as a team to achieve business goals* All administrative support* Creating marketing and engagement strategies* Continually looking to improve processes and drive engagement* Analyse both internal and publicly available data to identify potential recruitment opportunities* Act as liaison between apprentices and Training Officer* Establish partnerships with key organisations and stakeholders to attract a more diverse selection of people to the industry.* Create, administer, and oversee a central recruitment function* Organise welcome meeting/calls with potential recruits.* Increase social media profile and internet presence and create and source content for website, publications, and press releases.Skills/Attributes -* Excellent administration/business support skills* Advanced communication skills and highly developed organisational skills* An excellent attention to detail and good time management* Microsoft Office applications (especially excel)* Must be able to interact and engage with both colleagues and clients* Driving licence (site visits)This is a great opportunity to join a company who make a difference, have variety within your day-to-day duties and be able to be involved in the day to day processes.
