We are seeking a professional, experienced, and dynamic PA responsible for minuting meetings, managing the diaries and travel for the main Directors, your ability to multi-task will be key to succeeding in this role. The demands will be diverse, but with your flexibility and organisational skills, you'll find this role and the fast-paced environment totally rewarding.

Reporting to the Directors you will act as the point of contact among the leadership team, employees, clients and other external partners on their behalf. The role requires excellent knowledge not only of PA duties, but you will need to be fully competent in the provision of office co-ordination and completing administrative duties accurately and efficiently.

Responsibilities

* Full PA support including diary management, travel arrangements,

* Expert document production - format information for internal and external communication - memos, emails, letters, presentations, reports, spreadsheets

* Managing information flow in a timely and accurate manner

* Take minutes during meetings, produce agendas and minutes for distribution

* Determine which emails, reports, telephone calls, etc, need to reach the CEO and which do not

* Screening telephone calls as required

* Management of the provision of services and supplies within the office as well as acting as the first point of contact for all facilities issues and queries

* Working alongside others in order to ensure the smooth running of the business, including compliance, health and safety, and business development

* Will involve HR duties & private and confidential information management

* Involvement in all relevant projects and profile management acting as a point of contact for all clients and stakeholders

* General administration
