Job Title: Customer Account Administrator

Location: Huntingdon

Overview of Role

To support the Customer Account Management team in processing orders, ensuring that clients receive a premium service where all orders placed are processed and dealt with in a professional and timely manner and are delivered to on time.

Key Responsibilities

  • Being able to deliver excellent customer service to internal and external customers and to enjoy dealing with people
  • The ability to use a CRM system
  • To enter planner and other jobs onto the database and ensure the information is current throughout the production process
  • Tracking jobs throughout their progress
  • Providing proof assessment to planner jobs with very high accuracy and attention to detail
  • Being able to communicate with internal and external customers and suppliers by telephone and email
  • Updating the customer user information on the database - daily
  • Ensuring the 'order tracking' information is up to date at all times
  • Sending jobs 'to print' using various software
  • Other tasks as required from time to time

Pay & Hours

  • This is a Fixed Term Contract until - 26 August 2022
  • Hours of work 08:00 - 16:00 (half hour lunch), but can afford some flexibility for the right candidate.
  • GBP9.50 Per Hour
