Process Administrator
Epsom - Hybrid working available 40% office based
Monday to Friday 37 hours per week
GBP19,400 - 21,200 with increases available as skills develop

We have an amazing opportunity for a Process Administrator with a national company!
This is a full time, permanent opportunity working 37 hours Monday to Friday. You will need to do your initial training for 2 weeks at the Head Office in Horley and then you will work from their Epsom site, with flexibility for hybrid working up to 3 days a week.
You will be joining their busy, friendly, and supportive team who offer great opportunities for training and development and salary progressions to further your career.
Your daily duties will include:
- Accurately enter large amounts of data on the system and maintain spreadsheets
- Correcting errors and anomalies found on the database
- Liaising with contractors and engineers both internally and externally
- Scheduling workloads and liaising to book in jobs
- Ensuring jobs are carried out on time and to specification
- Effectively dealing with enquiries over the phone and via emails
You will need to be IT literate and able to learn new systems with ease, good attention to detail is required with the ability to deal accurately with high volumes of data processing. A good telephone manner and the ability to communicate effectively with both internal and external customers is required. You will be a reliable team player, self-motivated and able to work to defined deadlines and targets. This is a busy role, and you will be required to multitask during busy periods.
