Full Time - Monday to Friday hybrid working, 1 day in the office

About the role:

Our client is currently seeking an HR Assistant to assist and support the Human Resources Team in providing a professional, confidential and effective HR administrative service whilst maintaining compliance with HR policies and procedures.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Providing administrative support to the HR team, supporting new ways of working whenever the opportunity arises
  • Maintaining HR system records
  • Managing the HR inbox
  • Supporting project groups with meeting coordination and note taking
  • Managing and supporting the new starter process
  • Completing termination paperwork and ensuring that exit interviews are carried out
  • Uploading changes to terms and conditions to the intranet

What our client is looking for:

  • GCSE grades A-C (or equivalent) including English and Maths
  • Experience of computerised HR and reporting systems
  • Experience of working effectively within a team environment
  • Experience of administration
  • Excellent communication skills
  • The ability to follow procedures and work to deadlines
  • Enthusiasm with a willingness to learn
  • It would also be advantageous for you to hold or be working towards CIPD or other recognised HR qualification
