My client, a successful, high growth scale up business, are seeking an experienced and passionate HR Generalist to join their team at this exciting stage of growth across the business. You will be working on a hybrid model, with some time spent in their offices in Paddington. This will be a fast-paced role on a 3-month interim contract FTC, which could have potential to be longer, or even permanent.

The key role responsibilities include:
  • Review, create and implement all HR policies and procedures for the business
  • Partner with wider HR team for EMEA and US in order to harmonise and collaborate
  • Very transactional and operational hands on role – onboarding through to offboarding, you will support with all matters
  • Providing support, guidance, and advice to internal stakeholders within the business, on all HR matters 
  • Working at a very fast pace within autonomous environment and able to thrive and make the role your own
Skills and experience required:
  • Proven track record working in senior positions in HR
  • Experience using Workday HRIS – highly desirable
  • Demonstratable experience working in in a high growth, scale up organisation
  • Tech savvy, essential
  • Highly organised and meticulous approach 
  • Able to work to tight deadlines and prioritise workload using initiative
  • Impeccable stakeholder management skills
