We are so thrilled to be working with our lovely client, a world leader in biotechnology research, who are based in relaxed serviced offices in Marylebone. We are looking for a part time EA to support the CEO 2 days a week, working from their office every Tuesday and Wednesday. The CEO is incredibly personable and absolutely charming! Joining a friendly team of 10, you will also work alongside another EA who mainly takes care of the finance and reporting.

EA duties will include diary and inbox management, travel arrangements, scheduling meetings and preparing documents, drafting communications on behalf of CEO, expenses and other admin tasks plus some private support which will be focused on social events, booking restaurants and lifestyle requests.

The right candidates will be personable, reliable, self-starters with excellent interpersonal and computer skills. Must have the ability to multitask, top notch attention to detail and time management skills.

The working hours are 9am-5.30pm with some flexibility required (checking emails, keeping on top of things) Salary is around £45,000-£50,000 gross per annum pro rata with amazing benefits including; 25 days holiday pro rata, 10% pension contributions and private medical
