Client Management Assistant

We are looking for a bright and passionate PA from an insurance or boutique finance background who wants to progress in to a Client Management Assistant role to join this fast paced Insurance House, based in the most fabulous inner London Offices with city wide views. My client is looking for a flexible candidate to help streamline the delivery of their client services – it is paramount you can build a strong rapport and relationships. The offices are really innovative and buzzy, with a really collaborative tea. There are great perks – the opportunity to work hybrid and fab holiday packages!

Your duties will include:

• Project support – maintaining development and growth
• Production of documents for clients – liaising across departments
• Preparing briefing packs and agendas
• Client management and
• Organisation of small and large scale events and corporate entertainment
• Salesforce management
• Compliancy checks

You should have 2+ years of experience in an Insurance background or similar. The ideal candidate will be polished and have an incredibly positive attitude. We are really looking for someone who is personable, likes to build relationships, is very bright and wants to learn/develop in an very exciting company.
