Ashley Kate is pleased to be partnering our client in their search for a Projects-focused HR Business Partner.
In this role, you will support the HR team and the business by delivering key initiatives and projects that support strategic objectives.
This will include employee engagement, as well as ensuring that operational processes and policies meet both legal and commercial needs.
About the role
Driving the agenda forward for the organisation with an inclusive, diverse and equal culture.
Development of identified employees through the Talent Management Programs
Recruitment and on-boarding.
Health and Wellbeing
Using up-to-date HR legislation and best practices to evaluate current working practices, offer recommendations, and implement changes.
Supporting benchmarking of salaries and benefits.
About you
Significant experience working as a HR Generalist.
Excellent experience working with senior management team members.
Good level of exposure working on to HR projects
Self starter, flexible and resilient.
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to prioritise and work under pressure
