PA Construction Experience

Interaction Recruitment have a fantastic opportunity for a highly organised PA to join a well established business based in the Peterborough area who specialise in construction. This role has developed due to the expansion of the business and requirement for further support. Permanent GBP26.000 - GBP32.000 Monday to Friday Start: ASAP This busy and varied role will enable an individual to develop their skills within Business Development, Coordination and Customer Relations whilst working as part of a well organised and efficient team to deliver a high quality products to a number of large corporations around the United Kingdom. The Individual: Excellent written and verbal English. Attention to detail, highly intuitive and with a great work ethic. Able to provide confidential and comprehensive support to key member of the Management and Directors body. Strong people management skills with the ability to motivate and delegate to the team.

Good understanding of the construction industry, preferably with experience within the industry. Responsibilities: Provide support to management and stakeholders throughout the business including letters, emails, quotations, coordination of projects. Research and report on potential business leads and future development. Set-up relevant office documents and archive them correctly. Provide operational support throughout the business. Answering incoming calls and assign them to correct individual throughout the business. Maintain a evolving diary consistently for the Directors of the business. Minute take and format documentation according to the defined criteria set by senior management. For this role you should have at least 2 years of similar experience working at Director or Senior Management level.
