We have an exceptional opportunity for a high-level PA to join a super successful Investment firm, based in beautiful offices in the heart of Central London. THE ROLE

• Supporting a team of 5 senior Executives
• High level and complex diary management
• Managing intricate travel arrangements including itineraries, co-ordinating flights, visas, hotels and transfers
• Processing expense claims to align with company policies
• Scheduling a large quantity of meetings including in-person and Zoom/Teams calls
• Having direct relationships with clients and their EAs

THE CANDIDATE

• Previous PA or high-level Team Assistant experience is essential
• A background within the finance sector would be highly desirable
• Organised, proactive, action oriented, discreet, and able to work using own initiative while multi-tasking
• Strong communication skills, written and verbal
• Highly proficient in the use of Microsoft office
• Confident to work with senior investment professionals
